Based on Claremont Road, Dublin 4 our gym equipment includes squat racks, bench press, spin bikes, rower, treadmills, machine weights, free weights, punch bag, battle ropes & more.
Fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels and vary from cardio to core to weigh based classes.
