Fitness Classes

Our range of fitness classes in either Aungier St (Dublin 2) or Sandymount (Dublin 4) vary from cardio based classes to core to conditioning.

Cardio:

Spyn; Step Aerobics; Beginners Step

Core:

Pilates; Core Yoga; Ballet Sculpt; Core Fusion

Conditioning:

Barbells & Kettlebells: Box Fit; Box & Bells; Strength & Conditioning Circuits; 50/50; Military Bootcamp; Power Hour; FIT; Shredded
